Super Soccer Stars and US-Africa Children's Fellowship (USACF)
In 2009, Super Soccer Stars announced a partnership with the US-Africa Children's Fellowship (USACF) , a non-profit organization which unites USA with children from impoverished African nations to develop cross-cultural relationships, support and participation.
In November 2009, Super Soccer Stars held its innaugural Super Soccer Stars T-Shirt Drive to Africa over the holiday season. Members of the Super Soccer Stars community were invited to donate Super Soccer Stars t-shirts to our USACF-sponsored partner schools in Zimbabwe. Over 2,000 Super Soccer Stars t-shirts were collected during the drive. The t-shirts were taken by a team of coaches to Floyd Bennet Field in Brooklyn on a freezing Saturday morning in December and loaded into a container. The container was then shipped directly to Zimbabwe.
